About the cover:
Comprising District 3850 is the entire Zamboanga Peninsula and Misamis Occidental area in the island of Mindanao, the Sulu Archipelago and the islands of Negros Occidental, Panay, Basilan and Tawi Tawi.

Occupying a substantial portion of our cover is a photo of the Fort Pilar Shrine, prominently featuring the Lady of the Pillar, the celestial patroness and the protector of Zamboanga City, according to legendary stories of her miracles. Right below it, is a picture of young street dancers during one of the Fiesta Pilar celebrations.

Also featured are Bacolod's Maskara Festival and a stretch of white beach of Boracay. A colorful vinta, commonly seen along the coastlines of Basilan, Sulu and Tawi Tawi, the famous Tree House, one of the numerous beach resorts, and fresh sea foods, like the "Curacha" are all found in exotic Zamboanga City, site of the 2006 District 3850 Conference.
